WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2019 TRIM Cabernet Sauvignon is round, supple and juicy. The nose is filled with cherry and strawberry fruit, herbal tea, chamomile, cinnamon and vanilla. Soft tannins give a lush mouthfeel and approachable structure with oak driven sweetness. This wine is a complement to an array of dishes; enjoy with a meal or casually on its own.
