WINEMAKER’S NOTES

2023 Trim Chardonnay is a delight for all Chardonnay lovers. The nose

captures you right away with a playful bouquet of ripe lemon, green

mango, honeydew melon and white peach. The palette is crisp and

textured with a rounded finish lingering with baked apple and pineapple.

The oak lends itself to a creamy nuance making this a fun, versatile

Chardonnay to be enjoyed paired with food or on its own.
